How do you ship packages?

Currently, we offer shipping across the U.S. only. Packages from our U.S. warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

All orders require 1 business day processing time.(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days including Processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we offer shipping across the U.S. only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the product page. The shipping charges include handling, packaging and shipping costs.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within six days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@allproductstrending.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
